What is the current status?
In lat 2024 SSSB cancelled the contract with KHF to convert the party hall into office spaces. KHF has done its utmost to convince SSSB to back down from their decision. Some tenants of Kungshamra reached out to the rental board (Hyeresnämnden) to pursue a legal case against SSSB. For more info write president@kungshamra.nu.
