Major Renovations at the Kungshmara SSSB and now we have paused the bookings of Cafe Pablo, Sauna and Kostnix spaces.
In late 2025, SSSB informed KHF about the renovation of Café Pablo in building K43, as part of a broader renovation plan across the Kungshamra area. Further updates will be shared as the project progresses. Due to these upcoming renovations by SSSB, bookings for Café Pablo, the sauna, and Kostnix spaces are currently paused.

On Tuesday, the 26th of February, 2026 at 6:30 pm in the Cafe Pablo, we held the KHF Annual term meeting, where the board presented their work and reports that has happened in the last year. We opened the elections for many board positions. You can find information on the board positions and how to sign up in the What's App community or on Social Media for further events!
We are welcoming all of the new residents of Kungshamra! We kicked of the term with a welcome desk, a move-in loppis (flea market) and a welcome party. You can check out how that looked on our Instagram.
We have dis-continued our weekly give-away KostNix at Café Pablo due to the renovations and our weekly dance events on Tuesdays and Wednesdays organised by the KTH DanceClub are paused until further notice.

Monthly Board Members Meeting
The Kungshamra Tenants Association (Kungshamra Hyresgäst Förening - KHF) holds regular board meetings to discuss ongoing activities, future plans, and overall progress. Meetings take place biweekly on Tuesdays at 19:30. Members are welcome to stay informed and engaged with the association’s work through these sessions.
