To improve relationship and communication between association's members and the board, there is a Facebook group: Kungshamra Hyresgästförening (Kungshamra Tenants Association)
This group is used to make announcements about the sauna, Party Hall, Cafe Pablo and about events organised by the association.

How the KHF board is formed
KHF board is formed in an annual meeting every year. The requirement for the annual meeting is that it must be held before the 31st of March every year.
In the annual meeting a new board (consisting of 3 to 8 board members) is elected by the votes of the tenants.
Anyone living in Kungshamra can be a part of the board.

At KHF, we...
Manage the facilities such as Cafe Pablo, party hall and sauna.
Collect information about the living area from the tenants for example if the tenants experience any problem regarding their living conditions they can inform the KHF board.
Organise different events for the tenants such as welcome party, badminton tournament, table tennis tournament, new year party, etc.
As part of SSF, try to influence the negotiation with SSSB regarding the issues like ''increase of house rent'' .
