What is the current status?
In late 2024 SSSB cancelled the contract with KHF to convert the party hall into office spaces. KHF has done its utmost to convince SSSB to back down from their decision. Some tenants of Kungshamra reached out to the rental board (Hyeresnämnden) to pursue a legal case against SSSB. The legal case was declined and KHF no longer has the possibility to rent out the party hall.
